Giveaway Rules and Eligibility
  • The giveaway runs from 7/7/25 - 7/13/25. All those wishing to participant must enter the giveaway within that period to be eligible. 
  • All participants must subscribe to receive email marketing from both Bonafide Provisions and Bethany's Pantry in order to be entered into the giveaway.
  • Open to U.S. residents only. 
  • Winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email after 7/13/25.
  • No purchase necessary to enter. 
Data Sharing
  • Bonafide Provisions is the primary data controller and will share email, first name, and last name with Bethany's Pantry.
  • If you wish to unsubscribe from Bonafide Provisions emails, simply hit the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any of our email communications. 
  • If you wish to unsubscribe from Bethany's Pantry, please email bethany@bethanyspantry.com.
Dispute Resolution
  • In the unlikely event of any disputes or claims arising from this giveaway, participants are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the issue directly by contacting help@bonafideprovisions.com. Concerns will be addressed promptly and amicably.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the participant agrees that any unresolved dispute will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration. Instead of going to court, the matter will be decided by a neutral third party (an arbitrator) in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • By participating in this giveaway, it is acknowledged and agreed that this arbitration process will be the sole and exclusive remedy for resolving disputes. It is also agreed to waive any right to pursue a class action lawsuit or seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The laws of California will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these official rules and any disputes that may arise.
