Berries & Bone Broth Smoothie Bowl

You’ll never know that a full serving of antioxidant-packed, fiber-full cauliflower plus collagen protein is hiding in this delicious berry bowl. You can devour this delicious smoothie in a bowl with topping OR sip it through a straw (a stainless-steel reusable one of course!)

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1/3 of a frozen banana


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until creamy and thick throughout.
  3. Top with fresh berries and your favorite seeds and nut butter.
