Instant Pot Honey Sesame Chicken
One of the best Instant Pot recipes made with chicken thighs smothered in a sweet and savory sauce and made with nutrient-dense organic bone broth. What more can you ask for?! This recipe was created by our dear friend, Melissa over at Melissa’s Healthy Kitchen!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breast chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 tsp tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp manuka honey
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions chicken bone broth
- Salt + pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Coat your chicken with tapioca flour salt + pepper
- Add avocado oil to instant pot and set to sauté function. Brown your chicken for a few minutes, mixing throughout
- Add the rest of the Ingredients
- Close instant pot set to manual high pressure for 30 minutes and let the pressure release on its own once it’s done for 15 minutes
- Once it is done, let the pressure release on its own for about 10-15 minutes
