Quick & Easy Stuffed Peppers

Love stuffed peppers but hate the work, these are the EASIEST, MOST DELICIOUS stuffed peppers you will ever make, we guarantee it. 


  • ¼ cup Bonafide Provisions Beef Bone Broth   
  • 4 bell peppers 
  • 1 pound ground beef 
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced 
  • Chili Powder 
  • Cumin 
  • Oregano 
  • Garlic 
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes 
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella 



  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Wash and dry the peppers, slice them in half. Remove the stems and the seeds. 
  3. Place them (hollow side up), on a greased baking sheet. 
  4. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat. 
  5. Add the diced onions and cook for 5 minutes. Season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. 
  6. Add Bonafide Provisions Beef Bone Broth and can of diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low. 
  7. Scoop the taco filling inside each of the baked peppers. Top each with cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.
