Bacon Stuffed Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS
- Flank steak
- Bacon
- Bonafide Provisions Bone Broth
- Green onions
- Skewers (for grilling)
- Celtic sea salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Add bone broth to a sauce pan and simmer over low heat to reduce
- Pound flank steak to tenderize
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Layer bacon
- Add green onions
- Roll up, cut & skewer
- Grill on very low heat (so the bacon can cook inside)
- Drizzle with bone broth
