If you can’t tolerate dairy, this is a fantastic way to create a rich, creamy bone broth latte that is packed full of healthy fats and protein. We love to add a splash of citrus to ours to give it that little extra zing!
- 8 ounces of warmed chicken or beef bone broth
- 1/2 of an avocado, cubed
- 1/2 tsp of fresh lemon or lime juice
- Celtic Sea Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with spices of choice and enjoy!
