Instant Pot Penne Vodka Ziti

This penne vodka ziti is SUPER quick and easy, and tastes EXACTLY like a traditional baked ziti! It's made in the Instant Pot in less than 15 minutes, so it's the perfect meal for a busy weeknight. This recipe was created by our friend, Melissa over at Melissa’s Healthy Kitchen!


  • 1 Box of jovial foods gluten-free penne pasta
  • 1/3 cup diced onions
  • 1 Tbsp garlic ghee
  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage
  • 1 Tbsp Primal Palate amore seasoning
  • 1 jar Tomato sauce of choice (I used primal kitchen foods no dairy vodka sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Bonafide Provisions Turkey Bone Broth
  • 1 8 oz. kite hill dairy-free ricotta cheese cup dairy-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped Basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Optional but I recommend for an extra creamy pasta :
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese


  1. Set instant pot to sauté function
  2. Add ghee, warm, sauté onions for a few minutes with salt + pepper
  3. Add ground turkey, seasoning, and cook
  4. Add tomato sauce, broth, and mix
  5. Turn off sauté function add pasta on top and do not stir
  6. Set to high pressure and cook for 6 minutes once done quick-release pressure
  7. Stir in the ricotta, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil, and cilantro
  8. Enjoy!
