Mexican Cauliflower Rice

This low-carb keto recipe is the perfect addition to any taco Tuesday! Serve this alongside tacos or make a delicious and low-carb burrito bowl. This recipe was created by our friend, Melissa over at Melissa’s Healthy Kitchen!

INSTRUCTIONS 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté your onions, jalapeño, with ghee salt + pepper for a few minutes
  2. Add cauliflower rice, water/bone broth, seasoning, cilantro, and tomato paste and mix
  3. Cook for a few minutes
  4. Top with more cilantro
