INGREDIENTS


DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice peaches & toss in olive oil coconut sugar, bone broth, and salt; then grill.
  2. Tear prosciutto into pieces and lightly sauté in bone broth.
  3. Place peaches on a plate and top with prosciutto and burrata.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle salt and coarse black pepper on top.
